The order will be sent to the customer's home or workplace or any other chosen location by ISRAEL POST MAIL – ECO POST within 7 to 21 working days.

Express shipping will be provided by DHL Company or by EMS – Israeli express service.

If the item is returned for any reason, the item itself will be refunded with no shipping charges, and only after the item is returned to us.

The site owner/brand will not be responsible for any delay or lateness in supply and/or non-delivery caused by the shipping company or as a result of customs matters or as a result of force majeure and/or events not under the control of the site owners, including strikes, sanctions etc.
